Presentation Theatre

Stage Management - Presentation Stages will feature integrated marketing components that enhance the attendee expo floor experience as well as showcase sponsors.  Each session will be posted on handouts and signage so attendees walking by can make plans to return for specific sessions. A constant video loop will run between sessions featuring all stage sponsors for that particular stage.

Sponsors Management - A Marketing Ambassador will support the speaking Session Stage Sponsor for each session, creating interaction with session attendees, handing out literature, give-aways, collecting surveys as necessary, and running prize drawings.
