The 5K Run/Walk is an event for all. Race to win or simply walk the course. A range of awards will be presented for fastest times, biggest corporate team and wildest socks.
The 5K Run/Walk is an event with multiple high impact advertising features designed to highlight your brand, promote good health and build fellowship outside of the conference.
The 5K Run/Walk features all the bells and whistles of any great running race. This includes, professionally timed race, branded bibs, start and finish truss, awards in 12 age and male/female categories, not to mention the award for longest traveled, biggest corporate team, the most fantastic socks and oldest runner.
An aerobics instructor will warm up your runners; water and athletic energy snacks will greet your runners when they finish. The post race awards ceremony will include a high profile speaking and photo opportunity for your company.
5K Fun Run & Walk
3D will provide all operational support for a 5K Run & Walk promotion. This includes venue selection, permitting, on-site event management, art and design, event staffing, equipment, event security, pre-event corporate supporter communications, design and production of all print deliverables as outlined below. If the event is ticketed, 3D will provide an event registration web site to collect runner data and fees.
Awards will be given out in the following categories: 1st place category for men and women in the following age categories (29 & under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & up) and overall male & female winner. Plus best top three costumes.
